When required, we file pre-award and post-award protests of bid decisions, asking for reviews of whether government entities and competitors followed regulations and the law.

We represent bidders on public works projects for roads, bridges, water treatment, wastewater treatment, natural gas, telecommunications and alternative energy projects before local, state and federal agencies. This includes public-private partnerships (P3) that represent opportunities to not only to win construction bids but create enterprises that produce revenue streams from managing and operating plants and systems. We put together teams that design, finance and complete a project and then manage and operate it to generate returns on investment.
